Are these products truly handmade?

Yes. Every shoe, jacket, belt, and wallet is cut, assembled, stitched, and finished by hand in small batches in our atelier. We don't outsource construction.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free in Australia. Every piece is made to order: built in 14–21 days, then 2–7 days in transit.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Every piece is made to order. If you send a piece back because you changed your mind, you pay return shipping and we do not treat that as a refundable return. Faults (not as described, manufacturing defect, or otherwise failing the consumer guarantees) can be reported within 30 days of delivery — we cover return shipping on confirmed faults. Do you offer resoling and repair?

Yes — every Goodyear-welted pair we make can be resoled in our workshop for the life of the shoe.

What leathers do you use?

Accepted Answer

Full-grain calfskin and steerhide from tanneries in Italy and Spain, English bridle leather for belts, and Italian suedes. Exotic options are available on select customizations.
