Care Instructions+
Full grain leather
Wipe your pair with a soft dry cloth after each wear, then slide in cedar shoe trees to hold the shape and draw out moisture. Condition every 3 to 6 months, and polish when the shine starts to fade. Try not to wear the same pair two days running. A day off lets the leather dry out properly.
If they get wet, stuff them loosely with paper, let them dry at room temperature, and condition once they're fully dry. Keep them away from heaters and direct sun, which crack full grain leather fast.
Suede
Don't use polish or cream conditioner on suede. They flatten the nap and leave dark patches. Brush the surface with a suede brush after wearing, working in one direction, and use a suede eraser on small marks and scuffs. A suede protector spray, applied before the first wear and reapplied every few months, helps against water and stains.
If suede gets wet, blot it with a clean cloth, don't rub. Let it dry naturally, again away from heat, then brush the nap back up. Keep cedar shoe trees in between wears.

Frequently Asked
Do you offer resoling and repair?+
Yes. Any Goodyear-welted pair we make can be resoled in our workshop for as long as the shoe lasts. Get in touch and we'll sort out the details.
How long does it take to make and ship my order?+
Allow 14 to 21 days for us to build your pair, plus 2 to 7 days in transit. Shipping is free worldwide. Every pair is made to order and finished by hand, so it takes a little while. We choose the leather, color it to your order, work out the last and design, then stitch it all by hand.
How do I look after my piece?+
Brush it after every wear, condition it every 3 to 6 months, and keep it out of strong direct sun. Care notes come in the box with your order, and our blog goes into more detail.
Are your products really handmade?+
They are. Our shoes, boots, jackets, belts and wallets are all cut, assembled, stitched and finished by hand.
What's your return policy?+
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Every piece is made to order. If you send a piece back because you changed your mind, you pay return shipping and we do not treat that as a refundable return. Faults (not as described, manufacturing defect, or otherwise failing the consumer guarantees) can be reported within 30 days of delivery — we cover return shipping on confirmed faults. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded. Full policy: https://www.omnify.au/legal
Can I customize my order?+
Yes. Everything we make is bespoke, so you can change the size, shape, design and material, among other things. Contact us with what you have in mind.
What leathers do you offer?+
Kangaroo, python, crocodile, alligator, monitor lizard, calf, sheep, stingray and buffalo. Each one is priced differently, so contact us for a quote.
