Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every customer to be entirely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return on stock items. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
2. Condition Requirements
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Original packaging, dust bags, and any included accessories must be included.
- We recommend trying shoes on a carpeted surface to preserve the soles.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email atelier@omnify.au with your order number and the reason for return. We will issue a return authorization and instructions within one business day.
4. Refund Timing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This is the fastest way to secure the correct size or colour.
