Shipping Policy

We ship handmade leather goods worldwide from our atelier. Every catalogue piece is made to order and needs production time before despatch.
1. Delivery Timeframes
- Made to order: built in 14–21 days, then 2–7 days in transit.
- There is no warehouse stock. Pieces are not despatched in 1–2 days.
2. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on every order. International parcels may incur destination duties or taxes, which the recipient pays on arrival.
3. International Shipping
We ship to most countries. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied on arrival.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is despatched.
5. Returns
Returns follow the Returns & Refunds Policy. No change-of-mind returns. Faults: 30 days from delivery.
