Shipping Policy

We ship handmade leather goods worldwide from our atelier. Made-to-order and customized pieces require additional production time before despatch.

1. Delivery Timeframes

In-stock items: despatched within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order: 4–6 weeks production, plus shipping.
Fully customized: 6–10 weeks production, plus shipping.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard domestic shipping is a flat $25 per order. Orders over $250 ship free within domestic regions. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied on arrival.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is despatched.
